Before we begin.

Speak with the team

General

Do you work across the whole of the UK?

Yes. We operate nationwide from our UK base, with regular projects in England, Wales and Scotland.

Are you insured and accredited?

Fully. We hold CHAS accreditation, Constructionline Gold membership and are members of the GSHP Association.

How quickly can you attend site?

Site visits typically within 5–10 working days. Emergency and priority slots available on request.

Do you provide method statements and RAMS?

Yes. A full method statement and risk assessment is issued with every quotation.

Geothermal

How deep are geothermal boreholes?

Typically 0–300m, depending on ground conditions and the heat pump sizing.

How much land do I need?

Vertical loops need very little surface area — often less than 5m² per borehole, spaced 6–8m apart.

Are you MCS accredited installers?

We drill to MCS standards and work alongside MCS-accredited heat pump installers on every job.

How long does installation take?

A typical domestic array takes 3–5 days on site. Larger commercial arrays 2–4 weeks.

Water boreholes

Can I drill a borehole on my property?

In most cases yes. Under UK regulations, up to 20,000 litres per day can be legally withdrawn from a water borehole without needing an abstraction licence (the standard exemption threshold in England).

What yield can I expect?

Yields depend on geology. We complete a hydrogeological desk study before drilling to give you a realistic expectation.

Is the water safe to drink?

We test for bacteriological and chemical quality on handover. Most boreholes need only simple UV treatment.

How long does a borehole last?

Properly installed boreholes routinely provide 50+ years of service with basic maintenance.

Costs & process

How are you priced?

We provide competitive quotations following a site visit. No hourly rates, no day-work surprises.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — typically 25% on booking, with the balance on satisfactory completion.

What guarantees do you offer?

12 months on workmanship, plus manufacturer warranties on all installed materials.

How do I get started?
